COCOA, FLORIDA - The final SYL ODP National camp has conluded with the announcement of the ’92 Boys National Select Team. The camp was a gathering of the top 150 players from around the country representing the top 10% of talent in the Super Y-League.

The Barons were represented at the camp by Giovanni Tacconelli, McKenzey Scott, and Terrell White, who all play for the Barons U16 Boys team. After a four day of intense training and game play all Three Barons players were selected by the National Camp staff to the SYL ODP ’92 National Select Team. This is the second time Tacconelli and Scott have made the National Select Team having been selected last year, White’s first time on the team. In 2007 the National Select Team toured Germany during the summer, this year the team will look to do something smilar.

Congratulations to all players who represented the club at the National Camp and to Gio Tacconelli (U16 Boys), Terrell White (U16 Boys), McKenzey Scott (U16 Boys), Alyssa Kelly (U17 Girls), Shea Levi (U15 Girls), Jessica Figueroa (U15 Girls), Kevin Davis (U17 Boys) and Glenroy Chapman (U17 Boys) for the amazing feat of making the SYL National Team.
